The Woman in Black (2012) - BAD MOVIE
There is absolutely
no scares here, only about two parts made me jump and that was
because of the ridiculously overblown score (a sink turned on loud and
a bird flew in the house). And the ending.... I was hoping there would
be a twist. But nothing. You never find out why the people in the town were so paranoid
of Daniel Radcliffe's character. You never find out how this woman was
given the magical powers to make all the children in the town commit
suicide. It just... ends. Terrible ending.
All in all this was a lost opportunity. "Woman in Black" remains one of
the simplest and most effective ghost stories, completely spoilt in
this version.
